Imad Kublawi is a former JWT COO with 25 years extensive communication experience in the Middle East and North Africa region.

Imad's journey in advertising started 25 years ago in Kuwait then Athens and in 1984 he moved to London. In 2002, having spent 17 years in London, Imad relocated to Beirut carrying on as Chief Operating officer of JWT's Middle East Network, and in August 2005 he decided to return to the UK to give his career a more challenging task.

Imad has worked on almost every category of advertising you care to name and in the 7 years as COO of JWT Middle East & North Africa Imad was involved in driving excellence and efficiency strategically and operationally throughout the network. Key parts of this drive for excellence were the benchmarking and sharing of best practice between offices and the setting up of training programmes and workshops to develop individuals' skills, and to recruit and retain the best talent in the industry.
